The Master bedroom faces the pickleball courts and ocean. There is a sofa bed in the living room. D104 has laminate floors everywhere but the bedrooms which are carpeted. The kitchen is beautifully done with new cabinets and granite counters. The bar has a granite top and is cut out from the original design making the arrangement more spacious and accessible. The master bathroom has a large tub. Guest bathroom is a shower only. There is AC in both bedrooms and living room. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. Enjoy dining on the lanai while watching sunset or a rousing game of pickleball.
