Maui Condo Unit C301 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom condo that has a partial ocean view and overlooks the courtyard and pool, facing the cool side of the property and the West Maui Mountains.


Cool tile covers all the floors. Each bedroom is individually decorated with a different theme including the upholstery, spreads and prints. Overall it is spacious and vivacious with an open-air roominess.

Just a quick note to say thank you and tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the Luana Kai. We stayed there with friends for 8 days in November 2005. Both couples were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversaries together. The room was clean and comfortable and the grounds were fantastic!! Flowers, birds and palm trees galore! We spent countless hours on our private lani, by the pool and on the cozy beach enjoying the fabulous views, warm weather and each other's company. It is not whether or not we will stay at the Luana Kai again, it is when will we stay there again?
