Luana Kai's condo resort is located 5 minutes from Safeway, the largest grocer in Kihei, 4 minutes from Star Market and less than 10 minutes from Foodland Town Center.
Unit A105 is at the ocean side of the property on the park with a full view of the sea and the sunset. It is a great unit for whale watching; when you see a whale you can walk right up to the beaches edge from your Lanai to get a closer look. The modernized kitchen is perfect for home cooking. |

This unit remodeled in fall of 2008 with exstensive tiling and modern tropical themes. The bathroom has a glass and tile shower with modern fixtures. This unit is excellent for families as kids have instant access to the park. It is also good for seniors who don't care to climb stairs. The media center has TV and Stereo system. |
