Luana Kai Kihei condos resort is located on the ocean side of South Kihei Road. Our ocean-view buildings are set back approximately 100 yards from the water. Between the beach and the ocean-view buildings there is a grassy park area, with swaying palm trees, golf putting green, shuffleboard and tennis courts.

You'll find an abundance of colorful surroundings at Luana Kai Kihei condos resort. The grounds are chock-full of gorgeous tropical and flowering plants like the varieties of hibiscus above. There are troves of ginger, parrots beak heliconia, large white spatiphyllum, multicolored impatiens, red and yellow croton, purple and orange Bougainvilleas, red tea, and a wide variety of other flowering plants. Step out onto the lanai of your condo for an immediate treat of lush tropical flowers and foliage.
The parking lots are shaded by a variety of trees to protect you and your car from the summer sun.
There are so many palm trees on our Kihei condos property you may find it difficult to count them all but this is a fun activity for families on a lazy day. Our beach is raked clean daily but if you're out early enough you can go shell hunting for smooth polished cowries and a myriad of spirals and other shells.
