Our Maui condo rentals resort units are individually owned, furnished & decorated. We have 1, 2 & 3 bedroom vacation rentals available. Prices & Seasons are listed below. This is only a small sample of our Maui condo rentals.

CANCELLATION: There is a $25 cancellation fee. If you are canceling less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, you forfeit the deposit. Christmas Holiday Maui condo reservations must be canceled by December 1.

- 1, 2, 3 bedroom Maui condo rentals with ocean, partial ocean and garden views, low rise, 3 story with no elevators.
- Full electric kitchen, stove, microwave, dishwasher.
- In condominium washer and dryer, color TV, ceiling fans and voice mail.
- Pool, hot-tub, putting green, saunas and tennis courts.
- Cabana, with fridge, stove, sink and gas grills.
- Deluxe units have VCR or DVD & CD players, & lounge chairs on the lanai and additional T.L.C.
- Ceiling fans, thick concrete structures and trade breezes provide ample ventilation and cooling. Air conditioning by request, (See Below).
- Each Maui condo unit is privately owned so there is no maid service. We clean and stock each unit with linens, paper products and starter packs of coffee, bath soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap prior to your arrival, once these are used up, you are responsible for replenishment during your stay.
