Maui Condo

Now our oceanfront condos have wireless internet access and many units have been upgraded with air conditioning.

Luana Kai's Kihei Condos Resort has much to offer. The swimming pool is located in the center of the property, with views out to the ocean. The pool area also has a hot-tub and sauna, gas BBQ's and a pool side Activities desk to assist you. Tennis courts, shuffleboard and putting green offer alternative ways to while away the afternoons, and the lawn or beach in front of the property are wonderful spots for viewing our fantastic Maui sunsets.




In your Kihei condo, you'll find available wireless internet access, Full Cable TV, and quite probably some books and games. The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, detergent, coffee, and linens. The cupboards and drawers are stocked with dining and cooking utensils. In the bathroom you'll find fresh soap, tissue, and linen. Each Unit is equipped with it's own clothes washer and dryer.

Deluxe units include sundry other amenities such as VCR and CD stereos, lounge chairs on the lanai and extra T.L.C. They are all owner supplied so additional amenities varies.




Luana Kai's Kihei condos are set amidst swaying palm trees, ginger, hibiscus, indigenous and imported tropical plants. There is plenty of free parking for guests.
