Maui Condo

Now our Maui condos have wireless internet access and many units have been upgraded with air conditioning.

Luana Kai's Maui condos have alot to offer. The swimming pool is located in the center of the property, with views out to the ocean. The pool area also has a hot-tub and sauna, gas BBQ's and a pool side Activities desk to assist you. You may enjoy the regulation size tennis courts, shuffleboard or putting gree to while away your morning or afternoon. The vast park lawn and beach in front of the property are wonderful spots for viewing our fantastic Maui sunsets, taking long strolls. You can also watch whales breaching during seaon. North Kihei is one of the most popular spots in the entire world for windsurfing so you'll probably see plenty of colorful sails and kites plying the waves.

• Full electric kitchen, stove, microwave, dishwasher.
• In condominium washer and dryer, color TV, ceiling fans and voice mail.

• Each Maui condo unit is privately owned so there is no maid service. We clean and stock each unit with linens, paper products and starter packs of coffee, bath soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap prior to your arrival, once these are used up,  you are responsible for replenishment during your stay.

Our Maui condos, now have wireless internet access, cable TV, and quite probably some books and games. Most of our condos have stereo systems and dvd players. The kitchens are fully stocked with dishwasher, microwave, electric range, refrigerator and coffee makers. Laundry closets provide you with a clothes washer and clothes dryer for immediate laundry access, detergent and linens. The cupboards and drawers are stocked with cooking and dining utensils. In the bathroom you'll find fresh soap, tissue, and linens.
